We have an application which suddenly broke, I am trying to find out
if anyone updated MDAC or similar on the box but don't know yet.

When certain stored procedures are called I get an error OLE DB
provider for ODBC expects parameter xxx which was not supplied.

This only just started happening and no code has changed.

There are two versions of the app on one box, a stage app and a live
app. The databases are the same but one app gets the error and one
doesn't. They have identical ASP code calling each one (just different
authentication methods to access them)

Any ideas as to where I should start looking for causes of this

Turns out the database had run out of disk space??!? Don't know how
that resulted in this error but as soon as they fixed that the error
disappeared.

I have a SP which is passing some 11 parameters with 2 return
parametres, i am also getting the same error.
pls help
