System resource exceeded Error -- sql server odbc

Hi

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'
[OLE/DB provider returned message: System resource
exceeded.]

I get this error message frequently on my asp page which
uses sql 2000. When I resart the sql server ( just the sql
service not the SQL Box) the error goes off but comes back
again may be 10 days latter. What could be casuing this

Hi

I think the error message is probably correct!! The problem is identifying
what has been exceeded!!!Check out the SQL Server Log and the Event log. You
may want to also look at System Monitor.
