It sounds like you are looking for the MS Access lookup functionality.
Enterprise manager will not give you that capability, look to creating a
view to provide similar capability (albeit without the listbox).

how do I create a list box within a table to display a value from a diff
table I've created the relationship already.
I want to use the enterprise manager for that.
