Thanks Mary,
That was the conclusion I came to as well. I am now having no trouble with
the Windows Installer addin to create this on my laptop where I haven't
loaded VS.NET. Having trouble on my regular machine though where VS.NET is
loaded. I hadn't realized it was the default installer for .NET.
Live and learn.
