What i wanted to know can i remove this account from SQL Server Logins
without any issuses?

We can=B4t tell you that, maybe another process from another server or
some program is using the login to do some stuff. If you have somebody
being responsible for the lohin, ask him.

process from another server and/or application. Best would be to ask
the responsible for the account if somebody aquired the use for some
work.

The Service Account is not used in application..It is only for starting Sql
Server.
Can we remove this from SQL Server Login list?
