sql server programming: I recently purchased the developer edition of SQL Server 2000, which does
not include Reporting Services which ships separately. I also purchased the
developer edition of SQL 2005, which includes Reporting Services, for a
total of $45.

I've searched Microsoft to see if a developer edition of Reporting Services
exists but have not found one. All I've seen so far is an evaluation
version of 2000 Reporting Services with no pricing mentioned. Is there a
developer version for a nominal price, similar to SQL 2000?

There is a developer edition - I had a hard time getting it though.

I ended up subscribing to MSDN - but that cost somewhat more ... however
than I get visual studio and lots of other server platforms.
