i want to compare a unicode string "=E0=AA=85=E0=AA=AE=E0=AA=A6=E0=AA=BE=E0=
=AA=B5=E0=AA=BE=E0=AA=A6" with a
string fetched from database, example code is given below.
str contain value fetched from database and
"અમદાવાદ" is unicode of
"=E0=AA=85=E0=AA=AE=E0=AA=A6=E0=AA=BE=E0=AA=B5=E0=AA=BE=E0=AA=A6".

how to do this in asp.net
