I would recommend XOSoft's WANsync SQL

replicate your SQL 2000 server over WAN. 3.5 version of the software
journals every database update and sys events, so if your databases
ever suffer from any kind of hardware failures, data corruption or
disaster you can restore your secondary servers in minutes without
losing data or disrupting workflow. Let me know if you have any
