Snapshot creation problem -- sql server replication

The recommended method for avoiding such problems is to mark all foreign
keys both at the publisher and the subscribers as "not for replication"
which is generally a good thing to do if you are using merge replication (if
I am guessing correctly).

Hello all,

The replication contains several large tables related by foreign keys. Data
continue to be inserted during the snapshot creation, which leads to foreign
key failure while the snapshot is applied to the Subscriber.

Before I manipulate the choice of records using filters, is there a "by the
book" solution to this problem?

Any help is appreciated!!
