sql server replication:
Access can't use native SQL Server replication to
replicate to SQL Server.
You can use merge replication with SQL Server for this.
With merge updates can happen on both the access database
and on the underlying sql server tables.
I am a little confused by your statement of using Access
as a front end. Do you mean replicating from an access
database to SQL Server, or using Accesses reports, forms,
queries, etc and SQL Server linked tables.

Hi everyone,
Can somebody explain to me how to use the replicated data in sql server by
using access as a frontend.
I've made my sql server a distributor and have chosen some tables to
replicate, but i don't know how to get to the data.
Greetings,
Lizzy
Hi Hilary,
To be clearer, i have a access frontend linked to a sql server and i have a
access standalone database.
In the standalone access database i've have copied the table structure to
the sql server. However i want to synchronize the data in the standalone
database and the data that i've upsized.
The synchronized data must be available in the access frontend.
