Hi,

Working on sql server 2000.

Today one of my snapshot replication job failed, when I
tried to restart the snapshot agent, a error message
returned:

'Cannot generate SSPI context (Source: servername (Data
source); Error number: 0)'

Is is mean that there is a security access issue between
the 2 server? They went fine all these time, all of a
sudden it don't recognize each other any more.

The two servers are on different level of security patches.

Urgent help, please.

Thanks a million.

thank you, Allan, we already have sp3 in stalled.

What we did was to reset the password for the problem server, and then
resync the account and services accordingly.
