Juan,
have a look at books on line and begin to get familiar
with the material there. I have some links at the top of
the links section (step-throughs) on
www.replicationanswers.com, and Hilary Cotter has a book
coming out (see link below). Try out a few tests on a
development box to get used to the technology then post
back with your business case and people on the group will
be able to help.
