I would like to ask is it possible to having deligate replication in SQL
Server replication?
e.g. Server1 replicates with Server2 and then Server2 replicates with Server3

Jabba,
yes it is. In SQL Server it is referred to as
republishing. If you enter this as a search term in books
on line, you'll see a few entries (nothing especially
detailed though). For merge replication there is also
something that is similar - alternative synchronization
partners.
