when i add a new server in [new sql server registration] wizard, it sho
a error message "login failure for user 'sa'.Reason: not associate
with a trusted sql server connection." I had entered the correct logi
name and password

I've seen this error when you are running out of resources on the server.
Can you try to walk over to this box or connect to it using SMS or access
its event log and see if it has general connectivity.

You might have to reboot the box.

The server you are trying to register. Is this set up for Windows
Authentication only? If yes then change to allow both SQL Server
authentication and windows.
