I'm using merge replication.
I've got this message.
The snapshot for this publication has become obsolte. The snapshot agent
needs to be run again before the subscription can be synchronized.
Anyone knows how to do replication without reinitialize it.

It does not mean that you have to reinitialize publication, it just mean
that you have to regenerate snapshot :) Usually this happens after you add
some article to publication.
After new snapshot is generated, only the meta data and the added article
(or other changes, which made snapshot obsolete) are propagated to
subscribers. At least this is what usually happens :)
