Please post here a script for creation of DB schema and publication creation
script. That would help us to help you :)

Thanks Paul, But I'm wondering if the hot fix will help
me, cause it will cost for that hot fix :-(. Are there
any other reasons? The error I met does match the
description in your given link.
Thanks

Mai,
you could enable logging to get more info
(http://support.microsoft.com/?id=312292) or simply restart the merge
agent - this often removes the problem.
