I´m sorry, my english us very bad, so i try to explain my problem

Hy, when i try syncronize SQL SERVER CE x SQL SERVER 2000, this message
"Initializing SQL Server Reconciler has failed. [,,,,,]"...shows up in
pocket pc application (csharp)..

Anyone knows how can i fix this ?

Most likely the IIS server was not configurated correctly in this case.
please make sure the replication component was installed and sqlserverCE
server tool was installed correct as well. then you can try
http://<yourSite>/sscesa20.dll. you should see the "sqlserver ce server
agent" returned.

also, you can look into the exception you got to see what is the HR and
Native error code and check the trouble shooting section of the CE BOL. that
will give you some hint what could be wrong in your configuration.
