sql server replication: Is it possible to use multiple publishers- central subscriber topology in
occasionally connected envinroment
when publishers are connecting to internet using dial-up lines (they dont
have static IP numbers)?

Yes, you probably need to use a horizontal filter otherwise you will whack
each others data when doing a resync or sync. Make sure you use the article
properties to delete the existing data which matches the row filter
statement.
