Replicating e-mail addresses, fax numbers and
Distribution Groups from sql database to Ms Exchange 2003?

Replication may not be the right tool for this. You may be able to replicate
to a linked server and set up a linked server to Exchange using the ADSI
provider. My understanding is that this provider is read only though.
