If you are asking can an MSDE database replicate to another MSDE database -
yes - for merge and snapshot publications.

Is it possible to use the MDSE Edition to synchronize the databadse wiha
another copy of the datatbase again that is installed on MSDE?

Yes, as long as you aren't using one of them as a transactional replication
publisher.
