I want to buy good book about replication in SQL2k. Mostly I interested in
transaction replication. Are any good books about it?
I know about book of Hilary Cotter "A Guide to SQL Server 2000 Transactional
and Snapshot Replication", from content it looks like it is what I need, but

I am from Moscow, Russia.
On Amazon I see:

Availability: Available from these sellers.

2 used & new available from $59.99

It is not available from Amazon, only from some sellers. And when I try to
order it, it says it can not ship it to Russia. Just few days I ordered
several books about SQL2k5, the book are selled directly by Amazon. It was
shipped. But, I think, since the books is not selled directly by Amazon I can
not order it.

SQL Server 2000 Unleashed has a fantastic section on replication (and
everything else). Highly recommended.

I'm wondering which country you are sending from?
I can fully recommend Hilary's book and have found it on www.amazon.com:

OK - sorry but I have no idea which book sellers will ship to Russia. Maybe
you can post this on the Microsoft SQL Russian newsgroup, or maybe Hilary
knows?
