sql server replication: We are using Merge publication. Some of the laptops (all are subscribers)
are showing a status of "Succeeded", but the LAST ACTION listing reads "The
process could not deliver update(s) at the 'Publisher'". Is this something
to be concerned about? If so, what do I need to look for? Thanks.

Set QueryTimeout to a large value - this is a replication agent parameter.

Is this error transitory? Enable logging to see if you can see the events
which led up to this.

It appears to be set to a value of 300.
I looked in Agent Profiles...Replication Agent profile Details. Am I in the
right place? If so, what is a good value to bump this up to?

p.s. When I looked this property up in BOL it said the value was in
minutes...wow! If I have 300 minutes then that is a lot. I have not
changed anything so 300 is what it defaulted to...which I find unusual.
