I'm trying to copy one table (233,883 records) from a 2000 box to a
2005 box. The wizard will go through and copy all the records across,
but will hang on the last record and not proceed to the next step. What
gives?

post this to the DTS newsgroup. It probably is because everything is in the
transaction log and they are applying it.

Well, I removed the PK's on the destination tables and applied SP1 to
SQL Server 2005. Either did the trick.
