Distribution db permissions -- sql server replication

sql server replication : Distribution db permissions

- What should the SQL permissions be for the Distribution db in a
transaction replication with updating subscribers topology?
Distributor/Publisher are on the same host.

- sa ?

- Can "guest" be removed safely?

It needs to be in the db_owner role of the distribution database. please see
