Situation:
2000 Publisher
2000 Distributor
Some 2000 and MSDE Transactional extraction suscribers working good and
without problems

Now, I want to test
2005 Subscriber (all components are installed and in local all work well:
publisher,distributor and suscriber test)

Bute When I triyint connecto from 2005 Suscriber to other Publisher 2000
(Sql Server autentication has a valid sql user), wizard launch the follow
error:

"Permision Execute denied "sp_MS_replication_installed" in database "master"
propietary dbo MsSql server: Error 229

Any help?

is the 2005 Subscriber user you're running the job under in the PAL on the
publisher?

Yes it is.

I can´t create suscrisption because in wizard assistent when I try to
connect to publisher launch those errror.

OK - that's my main idea over with! Can you double-check that you have
sys.sp_MS_replication_installed installed in the master database? This
sounds unlikely that it's not there I know, but I saw this on a Google of
your error message.
