Hi,

I have on my Distributor a Red X On
- Replication Monitor directory
- Publishers
- Agents and Subdirectory Snapshot Agent

The error is
This server has been disconnected. You must reconnect to perform this
operation.

The server might go down during the weekend because the job is schedule on
Saturday night
The Category of the Job is REPL-Snapshot

What should I do now?
Do I have to start manually the job or if i have to wait for the next Saturday

Thanks in advance!

Well I use a merge replication with subcribers that are not anonymous
In that case should I run the snapshot agent?

If the snapshot agent shows the error and you need a snapshot, then you'll
have to rerun the agent. However it might be that you don't really need to
run the snapshot - some people have snapshots run on a schedule with
transactional replication and no anonymous subscribers, in which case the
snapshots are redundant except for when reinitialization is required.

Only for the initialization. After that disable it and run it manually if
reinitialization is needed (should ideally be never :)).
