Running SQL 2K & Win 2K

I receive the following error message when the snapshot agent runs on
my merge publications.

Assert failed: @indid is null in sp_MStablekeys (pk/uq) (Source:
MSSQLServer, Error number: 12241)

Anyone have any idea about this one??

This looks like a bug. Script out the tables and run the script in a
different database. Then script out the publication script and make
adjustments for the new database, and try to run it again. If it works this
time, its a problem with the publication/subscription database. If not it is
likely a bug.

Reapply the latest service pack and try again. If you get the error again,
contact Microsoft.
