sql server replication:
Hi All.

SQL Server 2000, merge replication

Record created by subscriber on subscriber DB (has ID not in publisher
range) exists on publisher but on subscriber. We are using upload and
download as a separated in time processes. Subscriber definitely
re-subscribed at one point of time (got new ID range). As an illustration
lets say publisher has ID range from 1 to 1000. Subscriber - from 1001 to
2000. His last created ID was 1250. He re-subscribed and got new range from
2001 to 3000. He started using it and got up to 2100. All these records are
made to the publisher. But on subscriber we can see:
- all records from publisher range (1-1000)
- NOT ALL subscriber records from first subscription (1001 - 1200). 50
records are missing
- all subscriber records from second subscription (2001 - 2100)

What happened?

Please help.

Hilary,

You mean 'conflict' table for current article?
Can you please specify all possible scenarios these records to disappear.

Thanks

Did you check to see if they are in the conflict viewer?
