I did find quickly answer to this question and I understand that it was
possible for the Sql Server 2000 but I don't see this capability in SQL
Server 2005. How can I implement transactional replication of database in SQL

Only Oracle and DB2 are supported
(http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms151149.aspx).

Hello, Paul!

Thank you for this answer but does it mean that we don't have comprehensive
compatibiility with SQL 2000 within SQL 2005? I definitely have link to the
description of process setting replication with Access DB for SQL 2000! And
in this description some steps are containing simply T-SQL instructions which
I can try also in SQL 2005. How do you think is it useful test this approach
in SQL 2005 or is it only wasting time?
Thank you for the clarification in advance.

Here is the post from you which is explaining that it is possible make
replication with Access however the exact version of SQL server is not
mentioned:

Yeah - the book I'm referring to here is Hilary's book, which is written for
SQL Server 2000, so the version I was referring to is kind of implied.
Actaully, the poster didn't mention the version of SQL Server so this was a
big guess - I think the Access 2000 reference made me go down this route of
thinking!. Anyway, according to TechNet, Access as a subscriber has been
discontinued in SQL Server 2005:

Paul,

Thank you for this link - it is extremely useful. As I understand we don't
have nowadays "light" alternatives for the replication between SQL Server
2005 and file with data (similar to Access). I mean that it is rather
valuable quality when you can have simple file which can be placed to Flash
card and you don't need over- complicated detach/attach process in order to
setup it at any PC and use Replication on-demand. Do you know about the
alternative from Microsoft?

Not replicationwise. You might consider using something like SSIS for data
transfer instead?
