sql server replication : Possible to Replicate to Subscriber that cannot connect to Publisher?

I have a setupwhere the Publisher cannot communicate directly with the
subscriber, but the distributor can communicate with the publisher and
subscriber.

It is possible to push/pull a subscription to the subscriber in this
situation?

Sounds possible because subscriber gets the datas via distributor not
directly from the publisher.

Possibly. Use a remote distributor and try a push subscription.

Why is it not possible for all three to talk to each other?
