sql server replication:
Guys,

I just setup a new transactional replication between two of our sql
boxes. As the db is quite large (80GB). The snapshot folder is about
80GB as well with the DB 80 GB as well. so in total i am using 160 GB
of space.

The replication is working fine. But i was just wondering if i can
delete the snapshot folder so that i can save some space.

Regards
Singh

You can delete the contents of the repldata folder or your own custom
snapshot folder, but I would not delete the repldata or your own alternate
snapshot folder location.
