System Exception when executing rs.exe from Stored Procedure

sql server reporting services: I'm getting an error when running an rs command from a stored procedure. The
same rs command works fine from a command line. Any help would be
appreciated. The following is the trace message from SQL Server.

System.Exception: Could not connect to server: http://[reporting services
URL here]/ReportService.asmx
at
Microsoft.ReportingServices.ScriptHost.ScriptHost.DetermineServerUrlSecurity()
at Microsoft.ReportingServices.ScriptHost.ScriptHost.InstanceMain()
at Microsoft.ReportingServices.BaseCmdLine.CommandLineMain(String[] args,
BaseCmdLine instance)

Hello

I was wondering if you ever resolved this issue.

We are getting the same error when using rs.exe from a scheduling package.
Although in our case the problem appears to be intermitent.
