There is an excellent step through in the Reporting Services Books Online
(that should be accessible in your installation of Reporting Services) that
describes what you need to do to exclude the report server virtual
directories(https://hostname/reports and http:/hostname/reportserver ) from
the SharePoint installation and then activate the Reporting Services web
service via rsactivate. Just search for "SharePoint" The article is called,
"Troubleshooting a Side-by-Side Installation of Reporting Services and
Windows SharePoint Services."
