Thanks but I'm not sure what you mean by minimal configuration?
Is that a download instead of full visual studio?

Hi,

Do I need the full visual studio 2003 to design reporting services forms?
Can I maybe use a cut down version to design forms, as we cannot afford the
upgrade fees.
