Thanks for the quick reply.
I tried changing the size of the table first to be bigger than what I want
and then I manually reduced the height of each row. That didn't work so I
tried changing the size of the table first to be smaller than what I want and
manually increased the height of each row, but still no luck, that 3rd row
keeps resetting it's height to 1.02646cm.
Changing the grid spacing did not make a difference either.
