Try troubleshooting by checking to see whether there are any messages in the
log files. These are typically in SQLInstallationFolder\Reporting
Services\LogFiles. Look for files names of format
ReportServer_<datetimestamp>.log. Open and see whether there any relevant
troubleshooting messages.

Also check the RSReportServer.config file in SQLInstallation\Reporting
Services\ReportServer folder and see whether the SMTPServer is configured
correctly within the RSEmailDPConfiguration element.

If configured correctly, i.e. pointing to a real server, go and find out
whether that server may not be forwarding the e-mail. You can check the
folders under \inetpub\mailroot of the machine configured as the SMTP server.
Perhaps your e-mails are accumulating there in the Queue, Mailbox or Badmail
folder?

What is "Last Run Status" for the reports in question when you are looking
at
http://YourServer/Reports/Pages/Subscriptions.aspx?

You may need to edit rsreportserver.config configuration file and change to
your correct SMTP settings. Put this in your browser (if you have RS books
online on your computer)
