sql server reporting services : VPN access to RS with Forms Auth

We're using RS Forms Authentication as per the MSDN article.

When I try to access our RS site from outside our Intranet, through a
Netscreen VPN, I'm getting the sign-on screen ok, then the list of reports
from the ReportServer directory ok.
But when I want to pull up a report, I only get the header ok (where I can
set the report parameters).
The bottom frame (where the report should appear) shows the sign-on screen
to our RS site.

What do I need to tell our network admins to point them at the origin of the
problem?

Running RS sp1 and SQL Server 2000 SP3a on Win 2000 Pro, sp4

Try looking in the RSReportServer.config file and the
RSWebApplication.config files.

My guess is that if you right-click on the report in the middle frame, and
click properties, you'll find that the URL is slightly different, and the
cookies aren't being passed through properly.

Cheers,
