sql server reporting services: [quoted text, click to view]

Check the settings in IIS for virtual directories Reports and Reportserver.
Right click the directories, click Properties.
Under Directory Security -> Authentication and access control -> Click Edit.
Is "Enable anonymous access" checked or unchecked? If you want your users to
have anonymous access, this needs to be checked. There are some security
issues around this, but just try it out and see if that fixes your problem.
If it does, you might want to check up on the security bit.

After having made the change to the anonymous access setting, remember to
recycle the worker process for the sites. (Application Pool -> Find the
right App pool. -> Right click -> Recycle)

Hi,

After installing RS on Windows 2003, opening RS reports (using Report
Manager or not) pops up an authentication login dialog. How can this be
avoided? We wish to be able to open reports without requiring authentication
