Are you using show/hide toggles? I tried this scenario locally and it seems
to work.

I am pretty impressed with the export format, it looks just like the
HTML/PDF.
I have a simple report, it has a list and below it a table. There are two
data sets, the one for the list always returns one record, and the other for
the table returns a bunch (currently three).
The problem is with the table. In the HTML/PDF views, all three rows are
there. In the Excel view only the first two rows show. All three rows are
short, no wrapping, etc.
I am using Excel 2000.

No, no toggles. I kept a copy of the bad rdl file though.
On the good rdl file (latest in the project) this works.
I've also found that removing some of the fields in the list fixes it too.
