How I can insert a manual page break between two Detail Rows in a Table?

In order for "Page Break At [Start|End]" to work with details, you would
first need to add a group expression to the detail group. (If there isn't
anything you can group on to make the rows unique, try grouping on
=RowNumber(Nothing))
