GetReportParameters - How can I get the default value of the parameter? -- sql server reporting services

I'm using the GetReportParameters method to get the parameters of my report.
I can get the name, type, etc., but I'm unsure of how to get the actual
value assigned to that parameter.

Any suggestions?
