subscription - overwrite file Melissa

sql server reporting services: When we do a subscription to write a report to a file
share we are occasionally getting a "The process cannot
access the file" error because a user forgot to close out
of it. For reasons that are long our client doesn't want
us to save it out there with a different name each
morning instead they want it to be replaced with the new
one. Is there a way to set the subscription up to force
overwrite the existing file even if someone has left it
open on their desktop?
Thanks,

No, there is not. Could you instead have an outside process that copies the
file to the location that users use? If the copy fails you could send out
email or somehow alert your users to close the file and then try again
later.
