I don't know of any workarounds for this issue. The only way to get around
this is to make the parameter lists smaller.

I saw an older post addressing this issue, but there was no resolution. The
subscription page comes up OK, but when users click the "Select Schedule"
button, or click the "OK" button it takes a very long time for anything to
happen, and in some cases times out.

This happens with reports which have a large number of records in a
parameter list. The report page does not take a long time to render nor
does the initial subscription page, however, so it does not make sense that
this would be a factor in rendering the Schedule page.

There is no timeout setting in report manager that would help eliminate the
timing out that I am aware of. If there is any configuration I can do,
please advise.
