I've heard that new various 2005 features talked about, but when I look at
the 2005 SQL Lab, I see none of them: specifically a calendar control, pivot
tables, custom controls, etc. in the BI Development tool.

I am creating a report for purchase order.
In this report, it is group by purchase order number. different order is
shown in separate page. I could show total value for each order.
My problem is that total value for each order is not shown at the end of the

Mailing labels don't display properly when run from report server

I have some mailing labels that when I run it from my report works fine as
two columns. When I deploy it to the report server and run it from there it

Showing only major values on x-axis in Chart

I have a basic bar chart the plots the number of transactions (y-axis) by the
transaction date (x-axis). The y-axis autimatically formatts so that only
the major values that mark volume on the y-axis appear (i.e., 100, 200, 300,
etc. and not 100, 101, 102, etc.)

Does Microsoft have any plans for an excel - add on to Reporting Services???
I love the product, but my users hate the way RS renders to excel. There are
merged cells - and addition blank columns between the table columns. Sorting

Subscription email attachments not working

I have a report configured to email each morning.
When I choose "web archive" it works fine, sends fine.
But when I choose to attach as PDF or excel, the email
does not send. However in the report status column it
shows as successful, has anyone else experienced this
issue?

I tried 2 uninstall the sql 2005 ctp september by using the cleanup utility.
I also removed the framework 2.0 by add/remove and removed manually the MDF
files of the RS.
Now when i try 2 install again it won't install report services the error is:
