This is unfortunately not possible neither in RS 2000 nor in RS 2005. What is
possible is to fire an existing subscription at any time by calling the
FireEvent SOAP API. But the subscription needs to exist on the server.
We are looking at adding this feature in a future version of RS.
Thanks

Is it possible to implement some code somewhere that allows a user to click a
button and send an e-mail to a predefined address (and server)? I know I can do
this through a data-driven subscription and also through a regular subscription,
but I'd like people to pull up one of our reports for a specific customer, click
a button and automatically send to that customer's e-mail address (defined as a
hidden field or similar).
Is this possible? Am I just dreaming? Is it possible in RS2005, but not
RS2000?
Willing to do some custom coding if necessary, but want to keep this in RS.
Thanks.
