After installing Reporting Services on our IIS machine, when I type in the
following url:
http://<issmachine name>/ReportManager I get the following error:

Access denied to 'F:\Inetpub\<root web>\web.config'. Failed to start
monitoring file changes.

Should have added, when I installed Reporting Services I got the following
message at the end of the installation:

Setup could not initialize the Report Server. You must manually initialize
the report server before using it for the first time. For more information,
see the reporting services setup documentation.

Would someone point me to where I can find some good instructions for
"manually initializing the report server".
