I'm not sure if this is your problem or not, but we had the issue where
it asked you to login when accessing RM. This was solved by going to
Internet Options| Security | Intranet | Custom | Logon
set to "Automatic logon with current username & password"
we also set the Internet level to match.
This had to be done for every user (which we did through a group policy
in the end).
Another point you might want to try is to log on to the server as a
LOCAL administrator. It wasn't clear whether you are Administrator at
domain level or machine level.
But if your RS configuration screen says everything is OK then it
should be OK.
