Could you perhaps use the Excel file as a source? If you need people just to
pull up Excel, you could code it into a report as a link.
If you just want people to access an Excel file, it seems that it would be best
to just put it in a place where they can get to it and send a link.
I'm not sure what else you're trying to do, but it sounds like you may want to
investigate something other than Reporting Services as well. I know that SSIS
has an e-mail task that could take an expression for an attachment that would
link back to the file name/location.
