sql server reporting services: SQL Server 2005. Per MS docs, SSIS should be in the list of available Types
for a Data Source, but it's not there. SSIS is enabled on the server, and
SSIS extension is not commented in rsreportserver.config. Any ideas?

Never mind -- I found the answer in the previous posts (courtesy of Jasper
Smith).
Two SSIS extension lines have to be uncommented in RSReportDesigner.config
in addition to one in rsreportserver.config. MS doc that I read only
mentioned rsreportserver.config.
