Thank you for your response..... I think you are talking about analysis
services, I have started to look into this and I think this is the way to
go.... I have been looking for more information (white paper or book) if you
know of any please let me know....
We have teo homemade applications and getting data out of these two is like
pooling teeth..... so I extract the data from them and then bring them into
Excel and then into access and then into SQL..... I tried to use DTS and
bring into SQL directly, but then I have to do a lot of manipultuon.....
so I think by the time that I am done with all these data imports and
exports, I am wondering whether there is a good way of presneting these data
by using cubes and then into a webbrowser for reviewing by our managers...
